Illari in Stadium

Just some thoughts on how she could be implemented along with skills and powers.

Intro

This is just a small write up and some ideas for Illari in Stadium. There are some assumptions. Her Pylon, Outburst and Captive Sun will benefit Ability Power, her left and right clicks will benefit from Attack Power.

This is all different to my cybersecurity writeups, but game design is also something I really enjoy.

Powers

Power 1 — We Must Construct

“Illari can now deploy 2 pylons, each with 40% reduced healing.”

Both pylons have the same health and same attack speed.

Power 2 — They Protecc But They Also Attacc

“Illari’s Pylon now also shooting damage orbs that deal 40(Ability Damage).”

The orbs fire at the same rate as the healing, but have a red glow to them similar to a setting sun.

Power 3 — Soar Like the Sun

“When Illari casts Outburt, she gains flight for 5 seconds.”

Same flight speed and style of flying as her ult.

Power 4 — Scorching Sands

“Enemies hit with take 50(Ability Damage) over 5 seconds and are slowed for 1 second.”

This should have a relatively low up time, since the time you are traveling backwards while being hit will eat into this time.

Power 5 — Firing Ma Lazer

“Right click now deals damage equal to its heal.”

Power 6 — Faster than Light

“Illari’s left click can now be charged to deal increased damage.”

Holding down left click charges up a shot, Illari can still walk at regular speed while doing so. Giving a multiplier the longer she holds down left click, equal to double damage at max charge. Max charge = 3 seconds.

Power 7 — It’s Always Darkest Before the Dawn

Captive Sun’s direct hits now deal an extra 40 damage (Ability Power) and instantly trigger Sun Struck.

Power 8 — Sunburn

Sun Struck now burns the target for an additional 30 damage (Ability Power) over 5 seconds.

Power 9 — Blot Out the Sun

Captive Sun now has 3 charges, each dealing 70% reduced damage.

They still individually apply Sun Struck, causing a potential of 3 explosions.

Defensive Signature Skills

Skill 1 — Pillow Fort (Purple)

“25 Shields, Illari takes 10% less damage when in range of her Pylon.”

Skill 2 — Construction Successful (Purple)

“25 Armour, Illari’s Pylon gains 10% of her armour and shields.”

Skill 3 — Flying High (Blue)

“50 Health, When Illari activates Captive Sun she gains 150 bonus overhealth.”

Skill 4 — No So Close (Blue)

“15 Shields, Illari gains life equal to the damage done by Outburst.”

Attack Power Offensive Signature Skills

Skill 1 — Light Speed (Purple)

“15% Attack Power, Illari’s Solar Rifle Charges 40% quicker.”

Both the left and right clicks charge quicker.

Skill 2 — Hot Knife Through Butter (Purple)

“10% Attack Power, Melee attacks ignore armour and deal an extra 10% damage.”

Skill 3 — Sun Kissed (Blue)

“5% Attack Power, Consecutive shots grant 1% Attack Power, up to 5%.”

Ability Power Offensive Signature Skills

Skill 1 — To The Sun and Back (Purple)

“15% Ability Power and 5% Cooldown Reduction, When Illari gains flight, her movement speed is increased by 20%”

Similar to the perk in 5v5.

Skill 2 — Something (Purple)

“10% Ability Power, While an ally is being healed by Illari’s Pylon, they take 10% reduced damaged.”

Skill 3 — Pulse Fire (Blue)

“5% Ability Power, Pylon’s attack speed is increased by 10%.”

Skill 4 — Get Out of the Way (Blue)

“5% Ability Power and 5% Cooldown Reduction, Outburst pushes enemies back a further 5 yards.”
